A retail client is looking to raise capital to fund incremental marketing efforts for an upcoming brand campaign.
For the client to receive an upfront cash benefit, Sherwood paid a 20% cash premium in advance which
generated the additional funds needed to support the retailers incremental brand campaign.
Sherwood paid $1.2MM in exchange for $1MM of gift cards from the retailer. In addition to using the gift cards fortrade deals with Sherwoods media community, we utilized our friends/family network to sell off the gift cards which yielded an increase in both store and online traffic and sales.
